The meandering Chairman, while going over a markup of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, outlines the inherent foolishness of any Congressman who insists on promoting legislation so extensive, so arcane, that even the leaders in Congress who are spearheading the passage of the bill cannot keep up with the contents of their proposed legislation.
Of course, Waxman being witless about his own working drafts of legislation is not so uncommon. . .

Do the voters really want to take a chance on a politician, who after thirty plus years in office, punishing unwitting and unwilling witnesses before his committee hearings, has the bland audacity to admit ON CAMERA in committee that he has no idea what is in his own bill?
Mr. Waxman has gotten terribly sloppy throughout his tenure in Congress. He has got to go!
